The terms, plainly.

vuso (“vuso”, “we”, “us”) is an AI-powered agent service that sources, negotiates, and manages brand partnerships for content creators. Contact: hello@vuso.ai.

vuso identifies brand opportunities matched to your profile, conducts outreach on your behalf, benchmarks and negotiates offers, reviews contract terms, and tracks payments. vuso acts only with your authorisation: no pitch is sent, no counter-offer is made, and no deal is accepted without your approval.

vuso is a service, not a party to your brand agreements. Contracts for sponsored content are between you and the brand.

The service is designed for creators with approximately 10,000–500,000 followers. You must be at least 18 and able to enter contracts. Applications are reviewed and may be declined at our discretion.

vuso is commission-only. Creators accepted into the founding 100 pay 10% of the value of each deal vuso sources and closes, for as long as they remain on the service. All other creators pay 15%.

No retainer, subscription, or upfront fee. Commission is due only on deals vuso sourced and closed, and only after you have been paid by the brand. Brands pay you directly; vuso invoices its commission separately.

You agree to provide accurate profile information, to respond to deal approvals in reasonable time, to fulfil the deliverables of deals you accept, and to comply with advertising disclosure rules (including CMA/ASA requirements in the UK and equivalent rules elsewhere).

Where you connect social accounts, vuso receives read-only access to public statistics via each platform's official API. vuso never receives your passwords and cannot post as you. You may revoke access at any time.

You may leave at any time, with no exit fee and no lock-in. Commission remains payable on deals closed through vuso before your departure. Relationships with brands you worked with are yours to keep.

vuso provides negotiation support and market benchmarking in good faith but does not guarantee any volume or value of deals. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our liability to you is capped at the total commission you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of its courts.
