Every account is reviewed by the vuso team before it opens. Until then the app shows “Application received”. Once you're approved, your analytics and media kit appear the next time you open the app.

Tap Forgot? next to the password box on the sign-in screen and we'll email you a code to set a new one. If the email doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder, then email hello@vuso.ai from the address you signed up with.

Go to Profile and connect each account. You sign in with the platform itself, so we never see your password, and we can't post, edit or delete anything on your accounts.

Instagram needs a Business or Creator account — a personal account doesn't give us any figures to show you. You can switch in Instagram's own settings, and it's free.

New posts and figures are fetched every night. Some numbers take a few days to appear: the follower chart needs more than one day of history, and averages only show once there are enough posts to mean something. Where a platform doesn't report a figure, you'll see a dash rather than a zero.

In Profile, under Connected platforms, tap the cross next to the account. We delete the posts, figures and audience breakdown we received through it. The privacy policy sets out exactly what's removed and when.

In Profile, tap Generate my media kit to get a PDF or a link you can send to brands yourself. We don't send it to anyone on your behalf. If something on it looks wrong, email hello@vuso.ai.

In Profile, tap Delete my account and confirm. Your account is deleted within 30 days, and you can cancel by emailing hello@vuso.ai before then. Records of deals and payments are kept for longer, because tax law requires it — the privacy policy says for how long.
