Your data, plainly.

vuso.ai is a marketing site. It has no accounts and no forms. We use Vercel Analytics, which is cookie-free and aggregates anonymised page views and referrers — it does not identify you or track you across sites.

If you email hello@vuso.ai, we hold your email and message to reply — nothing else is done with it.

Applications happen on our portal (portal.vuso.ai). There we collect what you provide during signup and onboarding: your email, name, location, platform details, niche, audience information, rates, and preferences. We use it to assess your application, build your creator profile, and — if accepted — match and pitch you to brands.

Where you connect social accounts, we receive read-only public statistics via each platform's official API. We never receive your passwords.

When pitching brands on your behalf, we share the professional profile information a brand needs to evaluate the fit: your handle, audience statistics, niche, and rates. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with anyone outside that purpose except the service providers who host our infrastructure.

Under UK GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time — email hello@vuso.ai. If you leave vuso, we delete your profile data on request, retaining only what we must for legal and accounting purposes. You also have the right to complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).

Data is stored with established cloud providers, encrypted in transit and at rest. We keep application data while your application or account is active, and delete or anonymise it when no longer needed.
